Ultra thin wires

Ultra thin wires of 0.025 mm diameter are widely used in wire bonding. 

We offer:

• ultra thin nickel wire 0.025 mm dia 99.80-99.98% purity,
• ultra thin copper wire 0.025 mm dia 99.80% purity (or higher),
• ultra thin gold wire 0.025 mm dia 99.99% purity (or higher),
• ultra thin silver wire 0.025 mm dia 99.80% purity (or higher).

The wire purity degree is calculated as the difference between 100% and aggregated composition of bound impurities. All products are certified by Test Analytical & Certification Center of Giredmet in accordance with all chemical purity and quality requirements.

Description

The wire is of excellent quality. It is manufactured on the multiple nonslip wire-drawing bench HEINRICH (Germany). It does not have grease marks, oxidation tints and chalking. The surface is even, clean, without blisters, hollows, flaws, scratches, lamination and dints.

Packing

While storing and transporting the wire is spooled to plastic coils which are packed in transparent plastic containers, ensuring safety. Containers are sealed with 4 (four) Giredmet seals (TACC OF GIREDMET) "GAC/68".
